A Circular is essentially a letter containing some important information that is distributed to a large number of people. It is the best mode of effective as well as proper communication. It is a written statement of government policy. It provides information, guidance, and rules on legislative or procedural matters.

CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is an education board that is concerned with all public and private schools in India. This board was established on November 3, 1962. The main objective of this board is to develop the academic power of the students by benefiting the educational institutions i.e. schools and colleges in a more effective manner.

• CBSE is headquartered in New Delhi.
• It is controlled and managed by the Government of India.
• CBSE accredits all Central Schools, Vidyalayas and Central Government recognized Private Schools, Vidyalayas in the country.
• It conducts the examination for the students of Class 10th and Class 12th.
